American Red Cross is a leader in compassionate care services providing neutral humanitarian assistance worldwide. Their big hearts, big minds and big vision propelled them around the country and world. And though this speaks volumes about their impact…it created some challenges with their websites. We helped the organization consolidate 30+ regional websites; creating a consistent presence and brand identity.
We focused on a design that made it easy for the user to get the content they want, when they want it and how they want it. Users raved about the new design and experience. Their response was a testament to our User-Centered Methodology.
