Overview

A Usability Diagnostic will improve the effectiveness of a website by identifying and documenting specific usability problem areas based on best practices and recommendations on how to correct these problems.

 

Deliverables

Summary of findings and actionable recommendations needed to drive change will be delivered via a detailed PowerPoint presentation.  Analysis will: 

  • Identify deviations from what is known to work
  • Prioritizes what should be fixed
  • Prioritize next steps to improving the web experience (Recommend if further Usability testing is needed)
  • Communicate specific functional requirements to designers/developers
  • Align users content and functional needs with the business objectives of the site
  • Act as a reference point for documenting decision points

Online marketing organizations with existing websites that are not performaing as expected and want to leverage proven best practices in website usability.

A Usability Diagnostic acts as a change management tool by providing a functional specification for communicating detailed requirements to designers and implementers and providing for an objective audit of when the implementation is completed.
