First, what are we? A web development company? A user-experience consultancy? A Search-engine-optimization shop? An online marketing firm?
Short answer: Yes, and that’s a good start. We do all that, and a lot more. But, to keep things simple and avoid overcomplicating matters, let’s just call us an online marketing agency. Easy enough.
We’ve been around over 13 years, which (we don’t need to tell you) is several centuries in Online Years. So, we were delving deeply into the online world long before many of the things that are commonplace and widely accepted today even existed.
People don’t use the word “history” a lot in the Online World, but our historical perspective is actually very useful and helps set us apart from firms that have sprung up like weeds in the last couple years. Unlike many other firms, we haven’t “shifted our focus” to online as a means of self-preservation, to avoid becoming outdated. Very few firms have focused exclusively on this amazing online frontier for 13 years, like we have. Because of it, our knowledge pool is deeper.
Here’s the simplest way to put it: We have the experience and capabilities needed to help your customers find you, ensure they have a positive experience with your brand and, most importantly of all, get them to take action. We cannot stress that last part enough. Unless your customers actually DO something – something you want them to do – it’s all a pointless exercise. And we make sure they do something in a way that ties directly back to your key business objectives.
We don’t just launch a website, campaign or program, then stand back and hope it works. One thing we’ve learned after 13 years in the Online World – you’re never done. Nothing’s ever completed. So we’re constantly measuring results and tracking your customer’s behavior to improve results over time. We’re always learning, and we’re putting what we learn to use, to get better results. There’s always something new to learn, if you’re willing to find out what it is.
